If Jacinto Navarro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fabian Hanni stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adolfo Loren's shot from short distance in the 7th minute. In the 9th minute, Adolfo Loren got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, Inter C.f's Justo Roderigo got control of the ball when Carlos Rocio tried to sneak it across the goal line. 13 minutes into the game, Adolfo Loren cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Fabian Hanni was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the match had been going on for 23 minutes, Alvariño's Amadeo Cresencio got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Justo Roderigo. Inter C.f's Justo Roderigo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Inter C.f from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Alvariño booed when Inter C.f was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Freddy Dubardo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Alvariño's Carlos Rocio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Justo Roderigo. That made the score 3-1 after 30 minutes of play. Fabian Hanni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacinto Navarro, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. Fabian Hanni didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zeledon Oliverio went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. In the 42nd minute, Alvariño's Americo Pio seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Americo Pio the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Alvariño protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Americo Pio had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Alvariño fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 42nd minute. Penalty! The referee gave Inter C.f a penalty, 44 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Adolfo Loren, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Alvariño's Fabian Hanni. 3-3. After 47 minutes, Marciano Nisio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Alvariño and the Inter C.f players grew even worse after the yellow card. Marciano Nisio hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. In the 49th minute Adolfo Loren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fabian Hanni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.
After a rather tough play, Alvariño's Oscar Pere got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Fabian Hanni came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Inter C.f's Adolfo Loren. But to his dismay, Adolfo Loren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-4. Marciano Nisio kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Justo Roderigo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Rocio, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. If Carlos Rocio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carlos Rocio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Justo Roderigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, Carlos Rocio notched a goal, 4-4, to the right of Inter C.f's Justo Roderigo. Justo Roderigo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Adolfo Loren in the 77thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Fabian Hanni, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jacinto Navarro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th match minute, Alvariño was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marciano Nisio to maneuver through the defense. Adolfo Loren let the left foot speak when in front of goal in the 88th minute shot 4-5 at rihgt post. Adolfo Loren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Fabian Hanni tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Inter C.f's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
