Spectators: 6963 (Terracing: 5300, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Joel Mark got the match started through his kick off. After 7 minutes, Flavio Txerran mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SURULECHE and the Chimbas AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Flavio Txerran kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 18th minute Rafael Ongile shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Orlin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ermegildo Rivas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Mark, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Arsenio Fernanco hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 32nd minute Rafael Ongile shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Orlin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Joel Mark in the 33rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ermegildo Rivas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Joel Mark received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Ermegildo Rivas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Rafael Ongile had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oscar Orlin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafael Ongile, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. In the 44th minute, Saul Sasoin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The wind increased when Rafael Ongile made the kick off in the second half. Filiberto Berbiz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ermegildo Rivas having to interfere. SURULECHE's Mauricio Teyo got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 56 minutes into the match, Chimbas AFC's goalkeeper Oscar Orlin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rafael Ongile. After 56 played minutes Chimbas AFC got a freekick which was hit by Isaac Calisto. The crowd rose to their feet as SURULECHE's Rafael Ongile slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Oscar Orlin. That made the score 0-1 after 58 minutes of play. A collision led to SURULECHE getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Flavio Txerran hit a great ball. Chimbas AFC's Filiberto Berbiz got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Gualterio Monico fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chimbas AFC's protests and gave Gualterio Monico a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Chimbas AFC's Gualterio Monico got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind Chimbas AFC's goalkeeper Oscar Orlin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 72nd minute, Chimbas AFC's Nicanor Guzman seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Nicanor Guzman the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Chimbas AFC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Nicanor Guzman had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 71 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Chimbas AFC! The referee gave SURULECHE a penalty, 74 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Isidoro Ignado, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Chimbas AFC's Oscar Orlin. 0-2. Filiberto Berbiz took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Ermegildo Rivas. Ermegildo Rivas dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Saul Sasoin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Ermegildo Rivas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Filiberto Berbiz scored 2-2 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ermegildo Rivas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 95th match minute, Chimbas AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Joel Mark to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rafael Ongile in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oscar Orlin prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
