Spectators: 7253 (Terracing: 5441, Seating: 1668, VIP seats: 144) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joel Mark started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Byens Hold booed when Chimbas AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saul Sasoin didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 5 minutes, Efrain Truylos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Byens Hold's supporters crossed their fingers, but Efrain Truylos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Pedro Jacindo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Mark, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Joel Mark in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedro Jacindo saved Byens Hold from getting behind. Joel Mark recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joel Mark received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Pedro Jacindo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 19 minutes into the match, Byens Hold's goal looked a bit too open when Joel Mark came free, but Pedro Jacindo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Ramiro Honesto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Byens Hold's supporters rose to their feet, but Ramiro Honesto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oscar Orlin breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Virgilio Gartzi hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Pedro Jacindo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filiberto Berbiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Chimbas AFC getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Esteve Medina hit a great ball. Efrain Truylos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Orlin having to interfere. 45 minutes into the game, Filiberto Berbiz cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Pedro Jacindo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

52 minutes into the match, Chimbas AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Jeremias Osmundo came free, but Oscar Orlin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Joel Mark had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Jacindo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Mark, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Efrain Truylos in the 67th minute of play forced Chimbas AFC's goalkeeper Oscar Orlin to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel Mark was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 68th minute. Chimbas AFC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Ramiro Honesto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Isaac Calisto charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isaac Calisto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Chimbas AFC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Isaac Calisto hit a great ball. Ramiro Honesto kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Virgilio Gartzi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Oscar Orlin tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Chimbas AFC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
