If Gualterio Afonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 11th minute Romeo Fresco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristides Ipar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Malligasta's zone, Lucas Guillelmus stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mariano Lixandro came out of the goal and Lucas Guillelmus tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mariano Lixandro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Guillelmus in the 16th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Lucas Guillelmus ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mariano Lixandro was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 20th minute Lucas Guillelmus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Lixandro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Teobaldo Birjaio kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Gualterio Afonso kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Enrique Loiola, 24 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Maximo Fix charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maximo Fix the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Reserva getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Maximo Fix hit a great ball. Zeledon Cresencio hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. After 28 played minutes Reserva got a freekick which was hit by Enrique Loiola. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nestor Txanton got free with Aristides Ipar in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 31st minute, Nestor Txanton got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Romeo Fresco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Romeo Fresco in the 46th minute of play forced Reserva's goalkeeper Aristides Ipar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aristides Ipar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romeo Fresco in the 48th minute of the match. The Malligasta players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Reserva were winning 0-1.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Romeo Fresco to strike the kick off in the second half. Aristides Ipar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Fresco in the 52nd minute of play. Aristides Ipar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Romeo Fresco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Zeledon Cresencio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Malligasta's Mariano Lixandro got control of the ball when Zeledon Cresencio tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Malligasta booed when Reserva was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leonel Domiku didn't get a good kick on the ball. 75 minutes into the game, Malligasta's Romeo Fresco nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aristides Ipar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Lucas Guillelmus fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mariano Lixandro having to interfere. Aristides Ipar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nestor Txanton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nestor Txanton scored 2-1 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Aristides Ipar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpected shot in the 94th minute by Lucas Guillelmus got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side.
