The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Cornelio Botello breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Igor Erramun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Igor Erramun in the 13thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Edelmiro Tartalo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After having played for 15 minutes, Alejandro Henric managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kinoto FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alejandro Henric was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kinoto FC's Alejandro Henric got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alejandro Henric received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Cornelio Botello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kinoto FC's Edelmiro Tartalo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Reynaldo Stanislao in the 22nd minute of play. Club A. Boca Juniors's Igor Erramun came free and shot a quick shot against goal 29 minutes in the game, fortunately Edelmiro Tartalo had problems saving as it came toward the left post. Alejandro Henric received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Cornelio Botello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dionisio Senio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rdth minute of the game Alejandro Henric who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club A. Boca Juniors's Cornelio Botello was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Club A. Boca Juniors's zone, Saul Torres stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cornelio Botello came out of the goal and Saul Torres tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 48th minute, Alejandro Henric ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cornelio Botello was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After the first half Kinoto FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
Dionisio Senio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alejandro Henric got free with Cornelio Botello in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Saul Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edelmiro Tartalo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Reynaldo Stanislao went, in the 61st minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Saul Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Edelmiro Tartalo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Erramun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Erramun in the 75th minute of play forced Kinoto FC's goalkeeper Edelmiro Tartalo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 76th minute Igor Erramun shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edelmiro Tartalo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Igor Erramun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bernardino Bizi kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Kinoto FC's Saturnino Benat tried to score from far away in the 82nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Alejandro Henric had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Kinoto FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Ambrosio Galo hit a great ball. Kinoto FC's Edelmiro Tartalo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Igor Erramun in the 89th minute of play. Edelmiro Tartalo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Igor Erramun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 93 minutes into the game, Alejandro Henric was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Kinoto FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club A. Boca Juniors the free kick. Alejandro Henric hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. After 99 played minutes, Club A. Boca Juniors's Victorino Berto shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Edelmiro Tartalo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Club A. Boca Juniors reached it. The Club A. Boca Juniors players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
