After 27 minutes, Tadeo Nesto made it 1-1 with a short kick to the right side. Devoto Fc's Albino Mitxel tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Maximo Lluis fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Albino Mitxel having to interfere. 35 minutes into the game, Eloy Azevedo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. C. A. 25 De Septiembre's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
