In the 47th minute of the match, Alejandro Sayveon tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Martin Hegoi saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Pauleta FC's Arturo Calvet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Uriel Oriche in the 59th minute of play. Arturo Calvet showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Uriel Oriche, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. 62 minutes into the match, Pauleta FC's goalkeeper Arturo Calvet had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silverio Michael. Arturo Calvet was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Uriel Oriche showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 64 minute of play. If Alejandro Sayveon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When the match clock showed 73 minutes, the score became 1-3 when Uriel Oriche sped through Pauleta FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Arturo Calvet. Bolsón played a much better game than Pauleta FC and deserved their victory. The Pauleta FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
