Spectators: 7281 (Terracing: 5463, Seating: 1674, VIP seats: 144) Clason's Serafin Precioso started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Clodoveo Distiratsu hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Raimundo Berto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 4th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Serafin Precioso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Clason's goalkeeper Benedicto Vito, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Clason's Benedicto Vito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fabio Regis in the 17th minute of play. In the 29th minute Serafin Precioso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primitivo Tabb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Desiderio Artaldo hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. In the 37thth minute of the game Swen Da Cruz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Clason's Benedicto Vito was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luciano Luar's late challenge caught a Holy Light's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luciano Luar helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Holy Light booed when Clason was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luciano Luar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Holy Light's Ladislao Llorienzo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 39th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Clason. When Holy Light's Swen Da Cruz in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Clason's goalie prevented a goal.

Primitivo Tabb made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camilo Salamon in the 52nd minute of play. Primitivo Tabb came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Clason's Camilo Salamon. But to his dismay, Camilo Salamon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Benedicto Vito was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Raimundo Berto showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 61 minute of play. A collision led to Clason getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Camilo Salamon hit a great ball. When Luciano Luar was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 71 minutes had been played. After a rather tough play, Clason's Luciano Luar got a free kick in the 72nd minute. When the match had gone on for 75 minutes, Swen Da Cruz put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Benedicto Vito. The throw-in from Clodoveo Distiratsu in the 79th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Holy Light's Fabio Regis. When Camilo Salamon came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Clason fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Camilo Salamon couldn't finish the play. In the 84th minute Camilo Salamon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Primitivo Tabb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Benedicto Vito stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Raimundo Berto's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. If Baltasar Iruinea had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Clason's Benedicto Vito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimundo Berto in the 89th minute of play. In the 93rd minute, Joel Jurdan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Holy Light played a much better game than Clason and deserved their victory. The Clason players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
