With a little luck, Moreno's Gregorio Oliveiro got control of the ball when Benicio Fagondo tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Moreno getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Moreno's goalkeeper Gregorio Oliveiro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 37th minute, Adolfo Mitxaut fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Gregorio Oliveiro, passed just outside the right post. Gregorio Oliveiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benicio Fagondo went, in the 44th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adolfo Mitxaut to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Adolfo Mitxaut shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gregorio Oliveiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Benicio Fagondo managed to get in a good position for a shot. C A Talleres CBA's supporters rose to their feet, but Benicio Fagondo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in C A Talleres CBA's zone, Jonathan Laurgain stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Delmiro Perez came out of the goal and Jonathan Laurgain tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Fernando Confesor took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Delmiro Perez. Delmiro Perez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Jonathan Laurgain could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Delmiro Perez made a huge save. In the 69th minute, C A Talleres CBA's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Lisandro Tano fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Lisandro Tano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Adolfo Mitxaut received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Gregorio Oliveiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gregorio Oliveiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adolfo Mitxaut, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpected shot in the 87th minute by Jonathan Laurgain got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Benicio Fagondo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gregorio Oliveiro read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Moreno had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
