In the 42nd match minute, Budokai Z was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Victor Dominix to maneuver through the defense. In the 43rd minute, Norberto Petri left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fages Athletic Club fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2.

Jonas Aguilera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 82 minutes into the match, Budokai Z's Jimeno Ostots sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jonas Aguilera narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The corner led Budokai Z's Niceto Olayo to fire away a dangerous shot which Jonas Aguilera despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. When Guaberto Uzuri fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Budokai Z's protests and gave Guaberto Uzuri a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Fages Athletic Club booed when Budokai Z was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guaberto Uzuri didn't get a good kick on the ball. 89 minutes into the match, Fages Athletic Club's goal looked a bit too open when Aaron Blasco came free, but Jonas Aguilera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Jimeno Ostots had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Budokai Z manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Fages Athletic Club to win.
