Paulino Luix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 23rd minute, Paulino Luix got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 25 minutes, David Chico mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ave Fénix FC and the El DesKite players grew even worse after the yellow card. The El DesKite fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when El DesKite's Paulino Luix looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. Teobaldo Soter recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Arnoldo Garin charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Arnoldo Garin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Arnoldo Garin kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Manuel Hermelando's late challenge caught a El DesKite's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Manuel Hermelando helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Ave Fénix FC's Manuel Hermelando got a free kick in the 37th minute. The audience held their breath when Uriel Egun in the 39th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Severo Maura's left hand side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Paulino Luix in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Severo Maura saved Ave Fénix FC from getting behind.

The wind increased when Teobaldo Soter made the kick off in the second half. After having played for 55 minutes, Paulo Marin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. El DesKite's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paulo Marin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 62 minutes into the match, Arnoldo Garin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Emilio Jon. El DesKite's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Arnoldo Garin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2.
