Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gualterio Rocendo made the kick off which started today's match. Dante Leoncio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 5th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 7 minutes into the match, Huasán's David Nafarroa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Benedicto Ixidor narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Huasán's Casimiro Lope got a free kick in the 8th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Tandil's Elvio Reno broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After having played for 15 minutes, Dante Leoncio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Huasán's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dante Leoncio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet as Dante Leoncio kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benedicto Ixidor. That made the score 1-0 in the 20 minute of play. Eulalio Lidon kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. If Mauro Calvet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 32 minutes, Eulalio Lidon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Huasán's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eulalio Lidon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 35th minute, David Nafarroa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Narciso Rubio kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. After recieving a nice pass, Huasán's Vladimiro Mikolas tried to score from far away in the 37th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Benedicto Ixidor made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when David Nafarroa sent off a good shot on target. David Nafarroa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Benedicto Ixidor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Dante Leoncio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benedicto Ixidor was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. David Nafarroas short, quick shot in the 48thth minute got Benedicto Ixidor to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in.

A collision led to Tandil getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Anacleto Aires hit a great ball. Elvio Reno's late challenge caught a Huasán's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elvio Reno helped the player get up and apologised. When Eulalio Lidon fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Huasán's protests and gave Eulalio Lidon a yellow card for diving instead. In the 73rd minute, Eulalio Lidon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mauro Calvet's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 74thth minute, Arsenio Franco skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. A collision led to Tandil getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Moises Frisco hit a great ball. If David Nafarroa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Tandil's Narciso Rubio got a free kick in the 84th minute. Vladimiro Mikolas was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 85th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 86 minutes into the match, Dante Leoncio notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Tandil's Benedicto Ixidor. Benedicto Ixidor was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Huasán's Dante Leoncio got a free kick in the 90th minute. Benedicto Ixidor showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dante Leoncio in the 96th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Huasán had won after a very even match.
