The audience was convinced that Jose Aimar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benito Guillerme was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. If Jose Aimar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bruno Eleazar made a kick off. Jose Aimars short, quick shot in the 59thth minute got Benito Guillerme to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. With his leg Benito Guillerme managed to avoid a goal in the 61stth minute, when Victor F.C.'s Jose Aimar fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ambrosio Jaunti received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Benito Guillerme came out and tried to block the shot, but Ambrosio Jaunti slotted it home off the left post making it 0-6 in the 64th minute. In the 72nd minute, Ambrosio Jaunti reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Benito Guillerme. The goal made the score 0-8. When the match clock showed 87 minutes, the score became 0-12 when Jose Aimar sped through Cuervos de Ituzaingo's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benito Guillerme. 91 minutes into the game, Iván De la Peña recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Benito Guillerme. Iván De la Peña showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-13. 94 minutes into the match, Jose Aimar had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Guillerme. Cuervos de Ituzaingo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jose Aimar was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-14. Victor F.C.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
