Severiano Iraitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcial Fe, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Severiano Iraitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Eudoxio in the 15th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Ave Fénix FC's Clemente Eguen got a free kick in the 15th minute. In the 17th minute, Gerðar Müller got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Ave Fénix FC booed when Superquates F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Romeo Javiar didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bonifacio Jerico could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Severiano Iraitz made a huge save. In the 40th minute of the match, Bonifacio Jerico got a very nice opportunity to score, but Severiano Iraitz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After some careless play in the Ave Fénix FC defense, Marcial Fe kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Severiano Iraitz. The Ave Fénix FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Severiano Iraitz should have stopped the shot. After 89 played minutes Superquates F.C got a freekick which was hit by Bonifacio Jerico.
