Alfredo Peruanton showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Froilan Mannuel in the 31st minute of the match. Tadeo Cugat made an important save on a dangerous shot by Honorio Beat in the 36th minute. 37 minutes into the game, Leonardo Eguntsenti cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Tadeo Cugat was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 44 played minutes Fortineros got a freekick which was hit by Atilano Mergildo. Tadeo Cugat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorio Beat in the 48th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eusebio Montay made a kick off. Cristian Martxel scored 2-0 in the 54th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tadeo Cugat, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, RUCULA TEAM's Miguel Telesforo got a free kick in the 57th minute. If Honorio Beat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When RUCULA TEAM's Leonardo Eguntsenti in the 65th minute got a chance for a shot 65th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Alfredo Peruanton was out of position in the 72 minute of play, and Eusebio Montay capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Eusebio Montay really showed his touch with that goal: 2-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonardo Eguntsenti in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tadeo Cugat saved Fortineros from getting behind. Tadeo Cugat showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Honorio Beat in the 81st minute of the match. When Leonardo Eguntsenti came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the RUCULA TEAM fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonardo Eguntsenti couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Honorio Beat in the 84th minute of play forced Fortineros's goalkeeper Tadeo Cugat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Honorio Beat had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tadeo Cugat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Eguntsenti in the 88th minute of play. After some careless play in the Fortineros defense, Honorio Beat kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tadeo Cugat. The Fortineros fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tadeo Cugat should have stopped the shot. In the 93rd minute, Honorio Beat got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. RUCULA TEAM's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
