Jeronimo Dolfo might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cleto Sarracino. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Jeronimo Dolfo ran back to his position shaking his head. Cleto Sarracino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomiro Uxio in the 5th minute of play. Americo Diagur fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Armando Peruxu having to interfere. If Americo Diagur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Armando Peruxu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Americo Diagur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Sijes getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Julian Paul hit a great ball. 21 minutes into the match, Sijes's goal looked a bit too open when Americo Diagur came free, but Armando Peruxu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Marciano Fagondo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baldomiro Uxio kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. Aristides Orlondon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cleto Sarracino having to interfere. After 43 minutes of play, Sijes's Aristides Orlondon made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cleto Sarracino was left in no man's land by his defense there! After the first half Sijes were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Aristides Orlondon made a kick off. Marciano Fagondo might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Armando Peruxu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marciano Fagondo ran back to his position shaking his head. Prudencio Gonza charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Prudencio Gonza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Prudencio Gonza hit a great freekick 52 minutes into the match. If Aristides Orlondon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cleto Sarracino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aristides Orlondon in the 55th minute of the match. Roman Leizarraga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roman Leizarraga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cleto Sarracino having to interfere. Roman Leizarraga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Cleto Sarracino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Marciano Fagondo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Brilliant Wildlife XI's supporters rose to their feet, but Marciano Fagondo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Armando Peruxu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 83rd minute Marciano Fagondo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armando Peruxu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Americo Diagur had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Americo Diagur struck a weak shot in the 89th minute. Armando Peruxu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Brilliant Wildlife XI. Armando Peruxu came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Brilliant Wildlife XI's Americo Diagur. But to his dismay, Americo Diagur quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
