Orlando Jacob hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. In the 5th minute, Jacinto Pes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eriberto Neto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Fix in the 12th minute of the match. PAMPAS FUTBOL CLUB's Jacinto Pes got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Capdevilla defense, Primitivo Regis kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eriberto Neto. The Capdevilla fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eriberto Neto should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in Capdevilla 's zone, Ramiro Fix stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eriberto Neto came out of the goal and Ramiro Fix tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Jacinto Pes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 23rd minute of the match, but Eriberto Neto made a huge save. When Ramiro Fix came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the PAMPAS FUTBOL CLUB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramiro Fix couldn't finish the play. In the 30th minute, Jacinto Pes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ramiro Fix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Neto having to interfere. Eriberto Neto was a little too slow when Romeo Atarrabi got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 36th minute. The score was now 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

Ramiro Fix recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elpidio Caton charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elpidio Caton the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of PAMPAS FUTBOL CLUB booed when Capdevilla was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elpidio Caton didn't get a good kick on the ball. 59 minutes into the game, Raul Odilon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Capdevilla 's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave PAMPAS FUTBOL CLUB the free kick. After 59 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Capdevilla ! PAMPAS FUTBOL CLUB's Jacinto Pes managed to work through Capdevilla 's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Jacinto Pes dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. 68 minutes into the game, PAMPAS FUTBOL CLUB's Romeo Atarrabi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eriberto Neto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. 6-0 became the score in the 73rd minute when Ramiro Fix elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Cristo Franco was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 78th minute. Capdevilla 's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Joel Reynardo kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Eriberto Neto showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacinto Pes in the 82nd minute of the match. If Ramiro Fix had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 84 played minutes Capdevilla got a freekick which was hit by Raul Odilon. Eriberto Neto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramiro Fix, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Capdevilla defense, Ramiro Fix kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eriberto Neto. The Capdevilla fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eriberto Neto should have stopped the shot. Ramiro Fix fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Neto having to interfere. Capdevilla 's Eriberto Neto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ramiro Fix in the 96th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Capdevilla 's Cristo Franco got a free kick in the 97th minute. In the 98th minute, Jacinto Pes made a precise shot to the right of Eriberto Neto. Capdevilla 's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 8-0. PAMPAS FUTBOL CLUB's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
