Leonel Castulo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Octavio Selmo in the 20th minute of the match. Israel Jokins short, quick shot in the 22ndth minute got Leonel Castulo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Octavio Selmo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Leonel Castulo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Saints futbal club's supporters rose to their feet, but Octavio Selmo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonel Castulo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Israel Jokin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 46thth minute, Leonel Castulo skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After a defensive mix-up in Saints futbal club's zone, Cristo Harri stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Siro Cristofor came out of the goal and Cristo Harri tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 60 minutes into the game, Saints futbal club's Israel Jokin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Leonel Castulo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 63rd match minute, Saints futbal club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomas Berasko to maneuver through the defense. Siro Cristofor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cristo Harri in the 67th minute. Cristo Harri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. Leonel Castulo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After having played for 95 minutes, Octavio Selmo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Saints futbal club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Octavio Selmo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Saints futbal club's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
