Zeledon Formerio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fidel Steven in the 3rd minute of the match. Arsenal Football Club's Fidel Steven got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 14 minutes into the match, Arsenal Football Club's goalkeeper Niceto Cordeiro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Silvestre Ramirez. After a rather tough play, PIPACH recargado's Christian Menendo got a free kick in the 19th minute. In the 23rd minute, Fidel Steven got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. PIPACH recargado's Zeledon Formerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ciro Truylos in the 27th minute of play. If Fidel Steven had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fidel Steven in the 38th minute of play forced PIPACH recargado's goalkeeper Zeledon Formerio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 45th minute Fidel Steven shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeledon Formerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, PIPACH recargado's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Truylos came free, but Zeledon Formerio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 48th minute Fidel Steven shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zeledon Formerio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Angelino Lizar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Niceto Cordeiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Angelino Lizar in the 52nd minute of the match. Fidel Steven sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Angelino Lizar managed to get in a good position for a shot. PIPACH recargado's supporters rose to their feet, but Angelino Lizar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niceto Cordeiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Truylos in the 61st minute of play forced PIPACH recargado's goalkeeper Zeledon Formerio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angelino Lizar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Niceto Cordeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Niceto Cordeiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angelino Lizar in the 76th minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, Silvestre Ramirez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Niceto Cordeiro. Arsenal Football Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Silvestre Ramirez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Ciro Truylos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 88 minutes into the match, PIPACH recargado's goalkeeper Zeledon Formerio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Fidel Steven. With his leg Zeledon Formerio managed to avoid a goal in the 90thth minute, when Arsenal Football Club's Fidel Steven fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Ciro Truylos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeledon Formerio having to interfere. Fidel Steven recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Truylos in the 96th minute of play forced PIPACH recargado's goalkeeper Zeledon Formerio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Arsenal Football Club were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
