But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Severiano Herauso couldn't finish the play. If Tobias Gaitan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 7 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Langoni FC! Jonatan Omero placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! The riverjony fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when riverjony's Severiano Herauso looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Ezequiel Ovando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 25th minute the ball was on its way in behind Langoni FC's goalkeeper Conrado Cresitobalo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Baldomiro Hulberto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ramiro Ugaitz having to interfere. Conrado Cresitobalo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Bernat in the 32nd minute of the match. Conrado Cresitobalo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tobias Gaitan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Conrado Cresitobalo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Desiderio Etxatxu went, in the 39th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Ramiro Ugaitz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Baldomiro Hulberto in the 44th minute. Ramiro Ugaitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Norberto Benino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Baldomiro Hulberto to strike the kick off in the second half. Langoni FC's Ezequiel Ovando got a good chance for a goal in the 54th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ramiro Ugaitz showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 66 minutes into the match, Langoni FC's goalkeeper Conrado Cresitobalo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Severiano Herauso. Desiderio Etxatxu hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After 71 minutes of play, riverjony's Severiano Herauso made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Conrado Cresitobalo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ezequiel Ovando's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Ramiro Ugaitz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Ramiro Ugaitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Baldomiro Hulberto in the 80th minute of the match. riverjony's Ramiro Ugaitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldomiro Hulberto in the 83rd minute of play. In the 85th minute Desiderio Etxatxu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Conrado Cresitobalo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
