EMI PUNK ROCK FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Severiano Senin scored to the left of an out of position Jose González, making the score, 1-0. Severiano Senin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 25th minute, Jesus Vimaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind EMI PUNK ROCK FC's goalkeeper Jose González, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Salvador Distiratsu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jesus Vimaro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jose González showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Severiano Senin, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in EMI PUNK ROCK FC's zone, Martin Galindo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jose González came out of the goal and Martin Galindo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Severiano Senin took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jose González.
