Corti's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Mariano Evarado 7 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Israel Petri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidoro Umbruso having to interfere. Mariano Evarado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Isidoro Umbruso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet as Israel Petri kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Isidoro Umbruso. That made the score 2-0 in the 17 minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mariano Evarado in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isidoro Umbruso saved Corti from getting behind. Mariano Evarado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Javier Boniel charged in rather forcefully in the 31st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Javier Boniel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Javier Boniel kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Isidoro Umbruso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mariano Evarado, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Isidoro Umbruso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lorenzo Elixio in the 34th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Corti's Nicasio Nataniel got a free kick in the 34th minute. Corti's Isidoro Umbruso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Corti from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariano Evarado in the 38th minute of play forced Corti's goalkeeper Isidoro Umbruso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute, Corti's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Israel Petri fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. If Mariano Evarado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Israel Petri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Isidoro Umbruso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Evarado in the 51st minute of the match. If Mariano Evarado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 56 minutes, Bartolo Herensuge mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mencué FC and the Corti players grew even worse after the yellow card. After recieving a nice pass, Corti's Gualterio Xabel tried to score from far away in the 57th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Albino Laurentzi kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. Angelo Oliverios struck a weak shot in the 62nd minute. Isidoro Umbruso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mencué FC. In the 64th minute, Israel Petri left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Mencué FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Israel Petri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. After 81 played minutes, Mencué FC's Lorenzo Elixio shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Isidoro Umbruso came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Mencué FC reached it. Julio Vigil showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Atilano Bemabe in the 85th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Mencué FC's Lorenzo Elixio got a free kick in the 85th minute. Israel Petri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Isidoro Umbruso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Corti's zone, Mariano Evarado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isidoro Umbruso came out of the goal and Mariano Evarado tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Mencué FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Mariano Evarado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Isidoro Umbruso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
