Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Agustin Mendiko kicked off to start the match. When Gualterio Madeo fell near the penalty area in the 4th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Escaya's protests and gave Gualterio Madeo a yellow card for diving instead. Gualterio Madeo kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Agustin Mendiko's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adrian Rocio was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. With a little luck, Escaya's Adrian Rocio got control of the ball when Celestino Marques tried to sneak it across the goal line. Victorio Montrelle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Adrian Rocio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celestino Marques recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 20th minute, Eustaquio Garoa ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Higinio Pello was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. 27 minutes into the game, Agustin Mendiko recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Adrian Rocio. Agustin Mendiko showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. The supporters of Escaya booed when Brandsen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 31 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorio Montrelle didn't get a good kick on the ball. Higinio Pello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vicente Nevada, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the match, Celestino Marques had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adrian Rocio. Escaya's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Celestino Marques was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. If Celestino Marques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Higinio Pello made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vicente Nevada to strike the kick off in the second half. Brandsen's Agustin Mendiko got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Celestino Marques received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Adrian Rocio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adrian Rocio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victorio Montrelle in the 58th minute of play. Vicente Nevada scored 2-3 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Higinio Pello, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Victorio Montrelle sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Celestino Marques recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Eustaquio Garoa showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-4. Brandsen's Higinio Pello proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 85th minute of the match, managed to save Brandsen from getting a goal against them. Agustin Mendiko succeeded in the game's 92nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-4. The Brandsen manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Escaya to win.
