Gualterio Aztore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrique Etxeberri, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. If Enrique Etxeberri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Silvio Ortle took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Vladimiro Martino to make any attempt to save it. 22 minutes into the match, Falsas Promesas's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Etxeberri came free, but Gualterio Aztore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erubiel Luzaide got free with Vladimiro Martino in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 34 minutes, Silvio Ortle managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Falsas Promesas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Silvio Ortle was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Erubiel Luzaide fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimiro Martino having to interfere. Enrique Etxeberri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 41 minutes of play, La lentitud de Román's Damaso Gau made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gualterio Aztore was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Gaspar Cordearo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Silvio Ortle made the kick off in the second half. Gualterio Aztore took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damaso Gau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Enrique Etxeberri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silvio Ortle struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Vladimiro Martino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Falsas Promesas. Silvio Ortle fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vladimiro Martino having to interfere. Erubiel Luzaide recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 74th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Damaso Gau scored 2-2 in the 75th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gualterio Aztore, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Enrique Etxeberri blasted a shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gualterio Aztore having to make a save. Gualterio Aztore showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enrique Etxeberri, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Enrique Etxeberri struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Gualterio Aztore didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A well placed Enrique Etxeberri short distance shot in the 86th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. Gaspar Cordearo kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. Enrique Etxeberri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 96 minutes into the match, Falsas Promesas's goal looked a bit too open when Enrique Etxeberri came free, but Gualterio Aztore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The La lentitud de Román supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing La lentitud de Román would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
