Mencué FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mab Team C.F. 1994 the free kick. In the 23rd match minute, Mencué FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ciriaco Frederico to maneuver through the defense. Arnoldo Mendiko received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Mateo Izel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Mencué FC's zone, Domingos Fernado stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jonas Azubeli fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mateo Izel having to interfere.
