They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ernesto Dalmai stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Raul Weterio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Emiliano Matei was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ernesto Dalmai in the 63rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rafael Bartoleme saved Leitium FC from getting behind. Ernesto Dalmai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Bartoleme having to interfere. Rafael Bartoleme didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ernesto Dalmai went, in the 75th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet as Florentino Goito kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Emiliano Matei. That made the score 1-2 in the 80 minute of play. If Raul Weterio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Atletico Ruta 11's Cipriano Santana got a free kick in the 86th minute. Raul Weterio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Leitium FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
