After recieving a nice pass, Leitium FC's Segundo Abadie tried to score from far away in the 16th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 19 minutes into the match, Maxibe's goal looked a bit too open when Raul Weterio came free, but Hilario Venceslao reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rafael Bartoleme stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Juan Naelio's shot from short distance in the 20th minute. Juan Naelio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute Raul Weterio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hilario Venceslao saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Maxibe getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Jacinto Garaona hit a great ball. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Eustaquio Gaueko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafael Bartoleme having to interfere. Rafael Bartoleme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Naelio, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Candido Fanuco kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. 67 minutes into the match, Juan Naelio dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rafael Bartoleme, 1-2. 71 minutes into the match, Raul Weterio notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Maxibe's Hilario Venceslao. Hilario Venceslao was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hilario Venceslao had in the 78thth minute some difficulties stopping Segundo Abadie's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Juan Naelio during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 84th match minute, Maxibe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juan Naelio to maneuver through the defense.
