Spectators: 6444 (Terracing: 5444, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Simon Tono started the match with the kick off. Simon Tono fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristo Ezkerra having to interfere. 10 minutes into the match, Tejas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bruno Illart came free, but Cristo Ezkerra reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tejas FC's Victorino Umea got a good chance for a goal in the 12th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vanguardia's Jacinto Ramirez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 19th minute of the match, managed to save Vanguardia from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Vanguardia's Jacinto Ramirez got control of the ball when Danilo Salvino tried to sneak it across the goal line. 21 minutes in the game, Victorino Umea fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jacinto Ramirez having to interfere. Danilo Salvino hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Simon Tono fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cristo Ezkerra having to interfere. After having played for 32 minutes, Simon Tono managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vanguardia's supporters crossed their fingers, but Simon Tono was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 38 minutes into the match, Vanguardia's goal looked a bit too open when Victorino Umea came free, but Jacinto Ramirez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 40 minutes of play, Tejas FC's Danilo Salvino made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacinto Ramirez was left in no man's land by his defense there! Danilo Salvino struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Jacinto Ramirez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tejas FC. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Victorino Umea made a kick off. Bruno Illart received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Cristo Ezkerra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, Tejas FC's Cristo Ezkerra got control of the ball when Bruno Illart tried to sneak it across the goal line. Danilo Salvino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 63rd minute Danilo Salvino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Ramirez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nunez Ur's late challenge caught a Vanguardia's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nunez Ur helped the player get up and apologised. After 67 played minutes Tejas FC got a freekick which was hit by Nunez Ur. Julio Matei, 68 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Marcelo Ishmael hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 77thth minute of the game Victorino Umea who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vanguardia's Jacinto Ramirez was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 80th minute, Danilo Salvino ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacinto Ramirez was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 84th minute, Eusebio Eduino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 87 minutes in the game, Victorino Umea dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Victorino Umea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Simon Tono had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Bruno Illart came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Vanguardia fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bruno Illart couldn't finish the play. Vanguardia's Bruno Illart got a good chance for a goal in the 97th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Vanguardia players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Tejas FC.
