Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Adolfo Unai got the match started through his kick off. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. 20 minutes into the match, Chumillo AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Erasmo Nardo came free, but Remigio Llanos reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Talleres's zone, Eugenio Arias stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Octavio Machado came out of the goal and Eugenio Arias tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eugenio Arias received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Octavio Machado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th match minute, Chumillo AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albano Santos to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Talleres getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Roque Avellaneda hit a great ball. Octavio Machado made an important save on a dangerous shot by Albano Santos in the 33rd minute. Remigio Llanos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saturnino Dolfos, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atilano Jordy in the 36th minute of play forced Chumillo AFC's goalkeeper Remigio Llanos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Remigio Llanos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erasmo Nardo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Albano Santos was the one to do the kick off. Remigio Llanos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Unai in the 53rd minute of the match. Talleres's Octavio Machado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eugenio Arias in the 54th minute of play. Conrado Rik charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Conrado Rik the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Chumillo AFC's Conrado Rik got a free kick in the 57th minute. Octavio Machado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cayetano Lawrence, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Erasmo Nardo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 61stth minute, Remigio Llanos skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. After 67 minutes of play, Chumillo AFC's Albano Santos made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Octavio Machado was left in no man's land by his defense there! Teodosio Sarracino hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Erasmo Nardo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Talleres's supporters rose to their feet, but Erasmo Nardo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Remigio Llanos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 78th minute, Eugenio Arias got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Remigio Llanos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saturnino Dolfos in the 88th minute of play. In the 92nd minute Albano Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Octavio Machado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chumillo AFC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
