After a rather tough play, Marfady FC's Gualterio Ruy got a free kick in the 10th minute. If Inocencio Raymundo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. Inocencio Raymundo scored 0-2 in the 18th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pascual Llorienzo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pascual Llorienzo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celso Elia in the 22nd minute of play. Celso Elia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Arana booed when Marfady FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. German Celio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pablo Policarpio kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. When Arana's Inocencio Raymundo in the 33rd minute got a chance for a shot 33rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Marfady FC's goalie prevented a goal. In a very dangerous position, a player in Arana fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 35th minute. Penalty! Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Clemente Galo in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pascual Llorienzo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 45 minutes into the match, Marfady FC's goal looked a bit too open when Celso Elia came free, but Pascual Llorienzo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Victoriano Quico fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Marfady FC's protests and gave Victoriano Quico a yellow card for diving instead. Victoriano Quico hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Marcelino Escobar stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute of the match, Robustiano Cordero got a very nice opportunity to score, but Pascual Llorienzo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 57thth minute of the game Celso Elia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Marfady FC's Pascual Llorienzo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Inocencio Raymundo came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Arana fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Inocencio Raymundo couldn't finish the play. Inocencio Raymundo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Pascual Llorienzo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celso Elia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 69th minute of the match, Celso Elia tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Pascual Llorienzo saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Marcelino Escobar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Cosme Amaya tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Orlando Theodore kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. In the 83rd match minute, Marfady FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Siro Roldan to maneuver through the defense. 87 minutes into the game, Arana's Inocencio Raymundo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pascual Llorienzo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. After 97 minutes of play, Arana's Robustiano Cordero made it 1-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Pascual Llorienzo was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arana's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
