The audience was convinced that Dario Garoa's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benedicto Prejun was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ciro Manex in the 30th minute of play forced Sébila's goalkeeper Anier Luix to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Berazategui FC's zone, Dario Garoa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benedicto Prejun came out of the goal and Dario Garoa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Guillermo Etxepare charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guillermo Etxepare the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Sébila booed when Berazategui FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Etxepare didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcelo Ederono during the 58th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience thought a goal was coming when Fausto Oliveiro got free with Anier Luix in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Anier Luix made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fausto Oliveiro in the 83rd minute. Anier Luix made a fantastic save in the 88th minute, when Fausto Oliveiro sent off a good shot on target. Fausto Oliveiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 96 minutes into the match, Sébila's goal looked a bit too open when Ciro Manex came free, but Anier Luix reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Berazategui FC eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
