After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

With an all-out effort, Curhuani's Ciriaco Azeari threw himself towards the right post 74 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Aristides Feliz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 84 minutes into the match, Zeus's goalkeeper Ciriaco Azeari had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nicanor Quilo. Curhuani's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
