After a rather tough play, Club Atletico Wamyc's Martin Favila got a free kick in the 3rd minute. Benigno Abilio struck a weak shot in the 5th minute. Gaudencio Ixona didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Club Atletico Wamyc. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Genaro Laffitte managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Atletico Wamyc's supporters rose to their feet, but Genaro Laffitte was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaudencio Ixona breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alfredo Veronica sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeronimo Leobardo's late challenge caught a Club Atletico Wamyc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jeronimo Leobardo helped the player get up and apologised. After some careless play in the Club Atletico Wamyc defense, Damaso Nikola kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lázaro Lapurdi. The Club Atletico Wamyc fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lázaro Lapurdi should have stopped the shot. 22 minutes into the match, CLUB DEL FERNET's goal looked a bit too open when Benigno Abilio came free, but Gaudencio Ixona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 26 minutes, German Gauargi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CLUB DEL FERNET's supporters crossed their fingers, but German Gauargi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Genaro Laffitte did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Gaudencio Ixona 36 minutes into the match. After 39 played minutes CLUB DEL FERNET got a freekick which was hit by Haroldo Rutenio. Gaudencio Ixona made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Veronica in the 42nd minute of play. After having played for 44 minutes, Martin Favila managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Atletico Wamyc's supporters crossed their fingers, but Martin Favila was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. German Gauargi was the one to do the kick off. Club Atletico Wamyc's Benigno Abilio got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in CLUB DEL FERNET's zone, Alfredo Veronica stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaudencio Ixona came out of the goal and Alfredo Veronica tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Club Atletico Wamyc's Benigno Abilio in the 57th minute got a chance for a shot 57th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye CLUB DEL FERNET's goalie prevented a goal. Alfredo Veronica received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Gaudencio Ixona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 62 minutes into the match, Alfredo Veronica had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gaudencio Ixona. CLUB DEL FERNET's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alfredo Veronica was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Gaudencio Ixona didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Benigno Abilio went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. Benigno Abilio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gaudencio Ixona read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. Gaudencio Ixona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Veronica in the 73rd minute of the match. If Alfredo Veronica had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 77th minute, Alfredo Veronica got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benigno Abilio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Gaudencio Ixona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Veronica in the 81st minute of play forced CLUB DEL FERNET's goalkeeper Gaudencio Ixona to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benigno Abilio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Gaudencio Ixona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 85 minutes into the match, CLUB DEL FERNET's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Veronica came free, but Gaudencio Ixona reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Silvio Ederono couldn't finish the play. After having played for 90 minutes, Benigno Abilio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 93rd minute, Haroldo Rutenio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. CLUB DEL FERNET's Gaudencio Ixona played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Martin Favila in the 95th minute of play. Martin Favila received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Gaudencio Ixona tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Club Atletico Wamyc players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
