After a defensive mix-up in C.A.Independiente's zone, Carolo Flores stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tadeo Mannuel came out of the goal and Carolo Flores tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Nunez Reno kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. In the 6th minute, Andres Tono hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 7 minutes into the match, joaco AFC's goalkeeper Melquiades Cordarrol had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zacarias Baristo. Melquiades Cordarrol came out of the goal in the 9th minute to try and stop a shot by C.A.Independiente's Leandro Aurken. But to his dismay, Leandro Aurken quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 13 minutes into the match, Carolo Flores notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of C.A.Independiente's Tadeo Mannuel. Tadeo Mannuel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. David Gumaro kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. joaco AFC's Gervasio Dodorol couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 16th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for C.A.Independiente. Ruperto Gonzo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tadeo Mannuel having to interfere. If Carolo Flores had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of C.A.Independiente booed when joaco AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melquiades Balasi didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gervasio Dodorol was the one to do the kick off. Alejo Aragones took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 52nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tadeo Mannuel. C.A.Independiente's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Melquiades Balasi fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored joaco AFC's protests and gave Melquiades Balasi a yellow card for diving instead. After 57 played minutes joaco AFC got a freekick which was hit by Melquiades Balasi. Melquiades Cordarrol showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Abarca in the 61st minute of the match. If Nunez Reno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 68 minutes into the game, C.A.Independiente's Joel Markel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Melquiades Cordarrol made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-3. Paulo Abarca got in the 70th a clear chance and fired away a hard shot against goal, but Melquiades Cordarrol handled the situation perfectly and made a save by the crossbar. Melquiades Cordarrol made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paulo Abarca in the 72nd minute of play. C.A.Independiente's Tadeo Mannuel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gervasio Dodorol in the 79th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Carolo Flores fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Tadeo Mannuel, passed just outside the right post. Carolo Flores sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carolo Flores fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tadeo Mannuel having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 92nd minute by Ruperto Gonzo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side.
