Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Miguel Gizon took the kick off in the first half of the match. Tiburcio Ondino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Enrique Liher went, in the 2nd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of Fortuna booed when PabloFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Gizon didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 13th minute, Enrique Liher managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fortuna's supporters rose to their feet, but Enrique Liher was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tiburcio Ondino breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 14 minutes into the game, Enrique Liher lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Tiburcio Ondino. Artemio Confesor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zeledon Fernanco in the 21st minute of play. 25 minutes into the match, Fortuna's Enrique Liher sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tiburcio Ondino narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to PabloFC getting a freekick after 28 minutes play. Teodoro Llin hit a great ball. 40 minutes into the match, PabloFC's goalkeeper Tiburcio Ondino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Domingo Pudes. PabloFC's Tiburcio Ondino proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save PabloFC from getting a goal against them. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Enrique Liher made a kick off. If Domingo Pudes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tiburcio Ondino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domingo Pudes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mauro Benvide hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Fortuna's Adrian Emeterio tried to score from far away in the 63rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Artemio Confesor made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zeledon Fernanco in the 65th minute. PabloFC's Tiburcio Ondino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrique Liher in the 66th minute of play. Prudencio Euloxu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Domingo Pudes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tiburcio Ondino having to make a save. If Domingo Pudes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Fortuna's Adrian Emeterio in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye PabloFC's goalie prevented a goal. Teodoro Llin hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Enrique Liher sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 82ndth minute of the game Domingo Pudes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but PabloFC's Tiburcio Ondino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 84 minutes into the match, PabloFC's goal looked a bit too open when Domingo Pudes came free, but Tiburcio Ondino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, PabloFC's goal looked a bit too open when Domingo Pudes came free, but Tiburcio Ondino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Fortuna had played much better football throughout.
