Spectators: 7183 (Terracing: 5389, Seating: 1652, VIP seats: 142) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Froilan Fidensio took the kick off in the first half of the match. When Saul Hanot came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the PANDINACO FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Saul Hanot couldn't finish the play. After some careless play in the PANDINACO FC defense, Paulo Panfilo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rogelio Argenis. The PANDINACO FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rogelio Argenis should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Basualdo in the 12th minute of play forced PANDINACO FC's goalkeeper Rogelio Argenis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Froilan Fidensio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Gilberto Argoitz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rogelio Argenis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Humberto Torres went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Simon Basualdo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Modesto Corderun fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Verdinegros San Juan's protests and gave Modesto Corderun a yellow card for diving instead. In the 44th minute there was a penalty for PANDINACO FC. Honorio Chap stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Gilberto Argoitz. 2-3. After a defensive mix-up in Verdinegros San Juan's zone, Saul Hanot stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gilberto Argoitz came out of the goal and Saul Hanot tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After the first half Verdinegros San Juan were leading 2-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Paulo Panfilo to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute, Saul Hanot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rogelio Argenis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Panfilo in the 54th minute of the match. 58 minutes into the match, PANDINACO FC's goal looked a bit too open when Paulo Panfilo came free, but Rogelio Argenis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Simon Basualdo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Rogelio Argenis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rogelio Argenis made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Simon Basualdo sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Paulo Panfilo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rogelio Argenis was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. Froilan Fidensio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gilberto Argoitz having to make a save. In the 80th match minute, Verdinegros San Juan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Modesto Corderun to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Verdinegros San Juan's zone, Froilan Fidensio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gilberto Argoitz came out of the goal and Froilan Fidensio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 91st minute Froilan Fidensio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gilberto Argoitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gilberto Argoitz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Saul Hanot went, in the 92nd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. If Froilan Fidensio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. PANDINACO FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Verdinegros San Juan to leave the ground with a draw.
