Spectators: 6677 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1677, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Adolfo Ponce took the kick off in the first half of the match. 5 minutes into the match, Gaston Bastian had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hilario Gomesano. Tambillos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gaston Bastian was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Gaston Bastian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Tambillos booed when A.C. Vigal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arturo Gaztea didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Tambillos's Matias Rosalio tried to score from far away in the 11th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. A.C. Vigal's Basilio Montel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nunez Tauro in the 13th minute of play. Basilio Montel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nunez Tauro, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Basilio Montel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nunez Tauro's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. Nunez Tauro scored 1-1 in the 24th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Basilio Montel, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tambillos's Hilario Gomesano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adolfo Ponce in the 28th minute of play. Nunez Tauro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Montel having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in A.C. Vigal's zone, Astor Tauro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basilio Montel came out of the goal and Astor Tauro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Astor Tauro in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Basilio Montel saved A.C. Vigal from getting behind. In the 33rd minute Nunez Tauro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basilio Montel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Basilio Montel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Astor Tauro's shot from short distance in the 34th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Astor Tauro in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Basilio Montel saved A.C. Vigal from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Tambillos's Benito Manny got a free kick in the 38th minute. Arturo Gaztea kicked well hit freekick during the 49th minute of the match. After the first half Tambillos were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nunez Tauro to strike the kick off in the second half. Astor Tauro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Basilio Montel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Basilio Montel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nunez Tauro in the 61st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in A.C. Vigal's zone, Nunez Tauro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Basilio Montel came out of the goal and Nunez Tauro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 75 played minutes A.C. Vigal got a freekick which was hit by Gaston Bastian. A.C. Vigal's Basilio Montel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save A.C. Vigal from getting a goal against them. Astor Tauro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basilio Montel having to interfere. If Astor Tauro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Basilio Montel stood somewhat misplaced when Nunez Tauro came free in front of goal and shot 1-3 to the left of him in the 89 minute. Basilio Montel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nunez Tauro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 96 minutes into the game, Santos Petri was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tambillos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave A.C. Vigal the free kick. The A.C. Vigal fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Tambillos were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
