If Hector Paublo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Clodoveo Fidele was a little too slow when Hector Paublo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 91st minute. The score was now 1-1. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
