Gilberto Vistruario took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Honorio Romelio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 21 minutes of play, Ambrosetti's Moises Corderun made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eugenio Bizen was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gogo Vincent fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilberto Vistruario having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Ambrosetti's Clodoveo Fagildo got a free kick in the 27th minute. 32 minutes into the match, Gogo Vincent notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Ambrosetti's Gilberto Vistruario. Gilberto Vistruario was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Gogo Vincent might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Gilberto Vistruario. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gogo Vincent ran back to his position shaking his head. 45 minutes into the match, Ambrosetti's goal looked a bit too open when Gogo Vincent came free, but Gilberto Vistruario reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gogo Vincent blasted a shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gilberto Vistruario having to make a save. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gogo Vincent made a kick off. The Ambrosetti fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. The supporters of Motobar United Club booed when Ambrosetti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Clodoveo Fagildo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 62nd minute, Amancio Chesus made a precise shot to the right of Eugenio Bizen. Motobar United Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. Eugenio Bizen made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Amancio Chesus in the 69th minute of play. The Ambrosetti fans cheered their team off the field, for while Motobar United Club had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
