Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Silvestre Micael started the match with the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Embarcación's zone, Silvestre Micael stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abel Onbera came out of the goal and Silvestre Micael tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee gave Club atlético monte castr a penalty, 10 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Mario Eladio, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Embarcación's Abel Onbera. 0-1. Embarcación's Abel Onbera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Silvestre Micael in the 14th minute of play. In the 18th minute, Romulo Onofre made a precise shot to the right of Abel Onbera. Embarcación's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Sergio Guillem fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anier Baumar having to interfere. Florencio Orain's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anier Baumar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Embarcación's goal looked a bit too open when Romulo Onofre came free, but Abel Onbera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Octavio Patrido hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 35th minute of the match Mario Eladio shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Abel Onbera showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club atlético monte castr's goalkeeper Anier Baumar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Sergio Guillem made a kick off. Angelino Cresitobalo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Anier Baumar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Abel Onbera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Silvestre Micael, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Embarcación's attentive Octavio Patrido managed to snatch the ball when Pastor Indar made a throw-in in the 66th minute of the game. Abel Onbera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvestre Micael in the 72nd minute of the match. Abel Onbera made a fantastic save in the 73rd minute, when Romulo Onofre sent off a good shot on target. 80 minutes into the match, Romulo Onofre had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Abel Onbera. Embarcación's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Romulo Onofre was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Nemesio Vistruario sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Embarcación's Octavio Patrido managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Pastor Indar in the 90 minute of the game. After having played for 91 minutes, Octavio Patrido managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Embarcación's supporters crossed their fingers, but Octavio Patrido was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Silvestre Micael was extremely unlucky when he, in the 93rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Abel Onbera was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Joaquin Taurino. When the referee blew the final whistle jeers and boos were heard from the home team's supporters. They were angered to see Embarcación lose a match they had controlled from the kick-off.
