Gaspar Checa's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Virgilio Bernebe firmly grabbed it by the left post. A collision led to Redondo AFC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Baldomero Ugaitz hit a great ball. If Silvestre Francis had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gaspar Checas short, quick shot in the 15thth minute got Virgilio Bernebe to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 17th minute, Gaspar Checa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The NiEquipo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After a rather tough play, Redondo AFC's Roque Etor got a free kick in the 23rd minute. 26 minutes into the game, Gaspar Checa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Virgilio Bernebe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 30 minutes into the match, NiEquipo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Angel Truylos came free, but Ciro Garoa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 38th minute, Gaspar Checa fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Virgilio Bernebe was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Tobias Txanton. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Angel Truylos made the kick off in the second half. Gaspar Checa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 57 minutes into the game, Gaspar Checa cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Virgilio Bernebe was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Through an outstanding action, after 65 minutes, Ciro Garoa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a defensive mix-up in NiEquipo FC's zone, Angel Truylos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Ciro Garoa came out of the goal and Angel Truylos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jesus Oriol during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, NiEquipo FC's Jesus Oriol got a free kick in the 70th minute. Virgilio Bernebe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvestre Francis in the 73rd minute of play. In the 78th minute, Jesus Oriol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Arnulfo Bilintx had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Redondo AFC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Roque Etor hit a great ball. In the 94th minute of the match Tobias Txanton sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Virgilio Bernebe skillfully saved the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Baldomero Ugaitz managed to get in a good position for a shot. Redondo AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Baldomero Ugaitz was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ciro Garoa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
