The audience thought a goal was coming when Pablo Hermelando got free with Sergio Lizar in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 18 minutes into the match, Chumillo's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Lando came free, but Sergio Lizar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albano Kauldi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nicolas Acevedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Wilfredo Confesor sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute, Wilfredo Confesor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Emilio Lando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Carr City FC's zone, Nicolas Acevedo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Albano Kauldi came out of the goal and Nicolas Acevedo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Emilio Lando in the 56th minute of play forced Chumillo's goalkeeper Sergio Lizar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Chumillo defense, Emilio Lando kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sergio Lizar. The Chumillo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sergio Lizar should have stopped the shot. Conrado Chumo kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Nicolas Acevedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 70th minute. Albano Kauldi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carr City FC's Albano Kauldi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Confesor in the 73rd minute of play. In the 79th minute, Emilio Lando got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Pablo Hermelando received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Sergio Lizar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Pablo Hermelando came up free with the goalie in the 86th minute, the Carr City FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pablo Hermelando couldn't finish the play. Emilio Lando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sebastian Dodorol kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wilfredo Confesor in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Albano Kauldi prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 94 minutes into the match, Pablo Hermelando notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Chumillo's Sergio Lizar. Sergio Lizar was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 97 played minutes Carr City FC got a freekick which was hit by Amador Veremundo. For all the effort they put into the match, the Chumillo players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Carr City FC.
