La 83 FC's Cristobal Seme got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Cristobal Seme came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the La 83 FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cristobal Seme couldn't finish the play. In the 25th minute of the match, Nicasio Aguirre tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Valentin Theobald saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 27 minutes had been played when some careless play by Tambillo's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Apolo Urko was slow to take the kick. During this time La 83 FC's players had a chance to rest.
