Hernan Jakes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Roman Quinto in the 9th minute of the match. Prudencio Telesforo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Tambillo's zone, Emiliano Sanchez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valentin Theobald came out of the goal and Emiliano Sanchez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 21 minutes, Baldomiro Lartaun mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the AmBiEnTeRo F.C. and the Tambillo players grew even worse after the yellow card. 20 minutes into the game, one of AmBiEnTeRo F.C.:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Prudencio Telesforo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Emiliano Sanchez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st minute, Tomas Asier made a precise shot to the right of Hernan Jakes. AmBiEnTeRo F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. The goalkeeper, Valentin Theobald, was totally fooled by AmBiEnTeRo F.C.'s Prudencio Telesforo, who 37 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. In the 41st minute Roman Quinto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hernan Jakes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tambillo's Valentin Theobald played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Prudencio Telesforo in the 42nd minute of play. Emiliano Sanchez scored 2-2 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Valentin Theobald, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 47th minute, Arrigo Bevilacqua ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Valentin Theobald was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Prudencio Telesforo was the one to do the kick off. Hernan Jakes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcelino Toribio, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. When Marcelino Toribio fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tambillo's protests and gave Marcelino Toribio a yellow card for diving instead. Marcelino Toribio hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Tomas Asier received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Hernan Jakes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd match minute, Tambillo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teo Vincent to maneuver through the defense. The audience held their breath when Prudencio Telesforo in the 75th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Valentin Theobald's left hand side. Valentin Theobald showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prudencio Telesforo in the 80th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Tambillo defense, Emiliano Sanchez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Valentin Theobald. The Tambillo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Valentin Theobald should have stopped the shot. AmBiEnTeRo F.C.'s Prudencio Telesforo got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 98 minutes into the match, Emiliano Sanchez had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Valentin Theobald. Tambillo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emiliano Sanchez was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-2. AmBiEnTeRo F.C.'s fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
