After having played for 13 minutes, Damian Farias managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tio Rico FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Damian Farias was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Leonardo Inocente took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ayhan Tun, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 17 minutes into the game, Tio Rico FC's Desiderio Johans nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tiberiu Talianu made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 20 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for JABALÍ F.C.! The wind increased when Damian Farias made the kick off in the second half. When Desiderio Johans came up free with the goalie in the 51st minute, the Tio Rico FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Desiderio Johans couldn't finish the play. The tension between the Tio Rico FC and the JABALÍ F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 87 played minutes, Tio Rico FC's Faustino Elorri shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Tiberiu Talianu came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tio Rico FC reached it. Clemente Bastian recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 91st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
