When Julio Celipe came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Petarditos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Julio Celipe couldn't finish the play. Through an outstanding action, after 8 minutes, Robert Zander successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Julio Celipe blasted a shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Robert Zander having to make a save. Geronimo Tabs short, quick shot in the 10thth minute got Robert Zander to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Freddy Clementi hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Julio Celipe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Julio Celipe had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Petarditos FC booed when nerazzurri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Freddy Clementi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Geronimo Tabs short, quick shot in the 21stth minute got Robert Zander to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 22nd match minute, nerazzurri was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Freddy Clementi to maneuver through the defense. 23 minutes into the match, Petarditos FC's Eloy Chus broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 24th minute, Francisco Satordi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Julio Celipe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Robert Zander tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a little luck, nerazzurri's Robert Zander got control of the ball when Geronimo Tab tried to sneak it across the goal line. nerazzurri's Robert Zander played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julio Celipe in the 32nd minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Petarditos FC's zone, Augusto Tavio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gaston Beti came out of the goal and Augusto Tavio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Francisco Satordi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 39 minutes, Francisco Satordi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. nerazzurri's supporters crossed their fingers, but Francisco Satordi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Augusto Tavio during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Freddy Clementi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Geronimo Tab had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Geronimo Tab in the 54th minute of play forced nerazzurri's goalkeeper Robert Zander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 61 minutes into the match, nerazzurri's goal looked a bit too open when Julio Celipe came free, but Robert Zander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enzo Quinton's late challenge caught a nerazzurri's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Enzo Quinton helped the player get up and apologised. In the 64th match minute, Petarditos FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enzo Quinton to maneuver through the defense. Geronimo Tab sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 70th minute, nerazzurri's Esteban Bikendi seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Esteban Bikendi the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of nerazzurri protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Esteban Bikendi had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 70th minute of the game. One of nerazzurri:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Petarditos FC:s goal. Robert Zander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geronimo Tab, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute. Robert Zander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Julio Celipe in the 84th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Geronimo Tab left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Petarditos FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. When Augusto Tavio came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the nerazzurri fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Augusto Tavio couldn't finish the play. Robert Zander showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Julio Celipe, who was totally free with the ball in the 99th minute. The Petarditos FC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
