Emanuel Beremundo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Prudencio Baudelio's shot from short distance in the 10th minute. Emanuel Beremundo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Prudencio Baudelio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Faustino Erroman came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Caminiaga fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Faustino Erroman couldn't finish the play. Igor Polo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Faustino Erroman, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Emanuel Beremundo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Prudencio Baudelio in the 33rd minute of play. After 37 played minutes Alem got a freekick which was hit by Fermin Harri. Alem's Igor Polo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Faustino Erroman in the 39th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Prudencio Baudelio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emanuel Beremundo was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The supporters of Alem booed when Caminiaga was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Candido Rodriguez didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Prudencio Baudelio made the kick off in the second half. In the 56th minute, Jacinto Lore ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Emanuel Beremundo was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Jacinto Lore received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Emanuel Beremundo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Caminiaga getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Adolfo Peru hit a great ball. 67 minutes into the match, Caminiaga's goal looked a bit too open when Prudencio Baudelio came free, but Emanuel Beremundo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Caminiaga booed when Alem was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fermin Harri didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jacinto Lore during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emanuel Beremundo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 85 minutes, Prudencio Baudelio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Alem's supporters crossed their fingers, but Prudencio Baudelio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 86th match minute, Caminiaga was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Adolfo Peru to maneuver through the defense. Emanuel Beremundo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prudencio Baudelio in the 87th minute of the match.
