After a rather tough play, Sauce's Victorino Peyo got a free kick in the 16th minute. After having played for 19 minutes, Leon Ellande managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sporting Clud's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leon Ellande was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Sporting Clud's zone, Casimiro Cai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jimeno Oinatz came out of the goal and Casimiro Cai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Casimiro Cai scored 0-1 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jimeno Oinatz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Artemio Raymond in the 31st minute of play forced Sporting Clud's goalkeeper Jimeno Oinatz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jimeno Oinatz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Casimiro Cai, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After a rather tough play, Sauce's Artemio Raymond got a free kick in the 34th minute. 39 minutes into the game, Sporting Clud's Damaso Errolan nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Constantino Arce made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Through an outstanding action, after 51 minutes, Jimeno Oinatz successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Casimiro Cai could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Jimeno Oinatz made a huge save. If Damaso Errolan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 59 minutes into the match, Sauce's goal looked a bit too open when Leon Ellande came free, but Constantino Arce reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sauce's Artemio Raymond got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 64th match minute, Sporting Clud was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Emilio Guzman to maneuver through the defense. Jimeno Oinatz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Artemio Raymond, who was totally free with the ball in the 75th minute.
