An unexpectedly hard shot by Erubiel Cordarryl in the 22nd minute of play forced Alastuey's goalkeeper Angelo Weterio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gogo Jerico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddy Martxot having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Alfredo Ortle had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Freddy Martxot. Arano's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alfredo Ortle was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Gogo Jerico fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Freddy Martxot having to interfere. Freddy Martxot made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Gogo Jerico sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 33 minutes, Erubiel Cordarryl managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arano's supporters crossed their fingers, but Erubiel Cordarryl was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gogo Jerico's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Freddy Martxot read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Generoso Berdaitz hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. 44 minutes into the match, Arano's Zeledon Timo broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal.

The wind increased when Gogo Jerico made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Arano's zone, Alfredo Ortle stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Freddy Martxot came out of the goal and Alfredo Ortle tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gogo Jerico in the 57th minute of play forced Arano's goalkeeper Freddy Martxot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 61st match minute, Alastuey was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Tercero to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Alastuey's Angelo Weterio got control of the ball when Erubiel Cordarryl tried to sneak it across the goal line. Freddy Martxot showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gogo Jerico, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gogo Jerico in the 76th minute of play forced Arano's goalkeeper Freddy Martxot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfredo Ortle kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. The Arano players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Alastuey from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
