The referee ignored Xeneize F.C's protests and gave Severo Ponc a yellow card for diving instead. After 5 played minutes Xeneize F.C got a freekick which was hit by Severo Ponc. The throw-in from Lisandro Rivas in the 9th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Xeneize F.C's Israel Reynardo. Cirilo Cesario made an important save on a dangerous shot by Godofredo Ralondo in the 10th minute. Niceto Gaizko made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Eli in the 14th minute of play. Niceto Gaizko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Armando Rio, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. After a rather tough play, Xeneize F.C's Cleto Eusko got a free kick in the 17th minute. After having played for 35 minutes, Armando Eli managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tumberos FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Armando Eli was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 36 minutes into the match, Xeneize F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Martino came free, but Niceto Gaizko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Angelo Erlantz hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. The audience held their breath when Augusto Martino in the 42nd minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Niceto Gaizko's left hand side. Niceto Gaizko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Armando Eli in the 44th minute of the match. If Augusto Martino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Xeneize F.C players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tumberos FC were winning 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Armando Eli to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Tumberos FC's zone, Efrain Fanuco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cirilo Cesario came out of the goal and Efrain Fanuco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Xeneize F.C's Niceto Gaizko played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Augusto Martino in the 53rd minute of play. The supporters of Tumberos FC booed when Xeneize F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Efrain Fanuco didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 56th match minute, Xeneize F.C was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cleto Eusko to maneuver through the defense. In the 58th minute, Augusto Martino reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Niceto Gaizko. The goal made the score 0-3.
